My name is Terry Ferrier, President of Heartland Recruiting Resources. I have 25 years recruiting and human resource solutions experience. My skills include recruiting, sales, and training for all facets of full-service staffing operations. My focus has been customer consultation to increase productivity in day-to-day office operations, customer service, and increasing profitability.

Experiences:

10 Years with Adecco Employment Service:

              2 Years as a regional consultant for 25 separate franchise owners in a 15 state area, 40 total cost centers. Services provided: sales, recruiting and customer service training and financial and business analysis.

              5 Years as Area Vice President/Branch Manager for technical staffing offices in a three-state area. I was responsible for day-to-day operations for 5 full-service technical staffing branches.

              3 Years as a Technical Recruiter; recruited all level of engineers and information technology candidates for large Fortune 500 companies.

2 Years with Interim Health Care:

              During my employment with Interim, I worked for a local franchise owner as a Marketing and Operations Manager. Responsibilities included sales, day-to-day operations, and the recruiting of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants.

15 Year Veteran of the U.S. Air Force:

              3 Years as a Health Care Recruiter for the U.S. Air Force. Skills recruited were doctors, nurses, and therapists.

              4 Years as an Advertising and Promotional Manager for Air Force Recruiting in the state of Michigan. Responsibilities included training, advertising placement (state and local level), and promotional events for Air Force including recruiting open houses, sporting events, state-wide, and regional events.

              2 Years as a high school student recruiter covering the state of Michigan.

              5 Years in the Security Forces for the U.S. Air Force
