My name is Terry Ferrier.  I have 25 years of recruiting and human resource solutions experience. After a 15-year career in the U.S. Air Force I have been employed by international employment firms. The positions I have held are professional recruiter and branch and area management for technical recruiting/placement offices. In my previous position, I was consultant for a large region with 29 customers and over 40 full service staffing offices. My skills include recruiting, sales, and training for all facets of full-service staffing operations. My focus was customer consultation to increase day-to-day office operations proficiency, customer service, and increasing revenue.
